The Big Ten has 18 schools instead of 14. There will be more huge matchups within the conference in 2024. However, there will also be some notable nonconference matchups. USC is involved in two of them. College Sports Wire looked at the five biggest nonconference games on the 2024 Big Ten football schedule.

LSU takes on both USC and UCLA in the noncon this season, but the Week 1 matchup against the Trojans features the programs with the previous two Heisman Trophy winners, and as a season opener in a neutral site in Vegas, there is plenty of intrigue for this one.
