KNOXVILLE — The University of Tennessee baseball team will hold its annual First Pitch Banquet at the Mill and Mine in Downtown Knoxville.
The banquet will be on Saturday, Jan. 25, 2020, and doors open at 6:15 p.m. Dinner will be served at 7 p,m.
The program will include a speech from Tennessee coach Tony Vitello, who guided the Volunteers to an NCAA Tournament appearance, the Diamond Vols’ first since 2005. Tennessee was 40-21 in 2019.
Guests may also meet current UT players and notable alumni including Yan Gomes, JP Arencibia, Julio Borbon and Luke Hochevar.
Gomes won a World Series championship as a member of the Washington Nationals last season.
Tickets are available at AllVols.com and are $80 per person.
Tables for 10 may be purchased for $1,000. Those who purchase tables will be seated close to the stage. They will also receive an autographed baseball and drink tickets.
