The Seahawks are coming off a bye and thumped Jacksonville 31-7 for a feel-good game heading into the rest. Seattle has covered three straight games with backup QB Geno Smith under center and has hit the Under in six straight outings. Starting QB Russell Wilson may be available to return in Week 10.
The Packers suffered a 13-7 loss against the Kansas City Chiefs, using backup QB Jordan Love with QB Aaron Rodgers unavailable due to a positive COVID-19 test. The earliest Rodgers can return is Saturday.

These teams last met in the NFC Divisional Playoffs in Green Bay Jan. 12, 2020, with the Packers winning 28-23 as 4.5-point favorites as the Over connected. The last meeting in the regular season was Nov. 15, 2018, a 27-24 win by the Seahawks in Seattle, also with an Over result. The last regular-season meeting in Lambeau was a 17-9 Packers win Sept. 10, 2017, an Under result.
