The New York Jets (4-12) and Buffalo Bills (10-6) meet in their regular-season finales Sunday of Week 18. Kickoff from Highmark Stadium is set for 4:25 p.m. ET. Below, we look at the Jets vs. Bills odds and lines; check back for our NFL picks and predictions.

The Jets looked poised to complete a stunning upset in Week 17 as they led the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 24-10 with 30 seconds remaining in the third quarter.

However, old foe QB Tom Brady led three unanswered scoring drives as the Buccaneers scored the go-ahead touchdown and successful two-point conversion with 15 seconds remaining in regulation.

Jets QB Zach Wilson completed 19 of 33 passes for 234 yards and 1 touchdown against 0 interceptions, while RB Michael Carter led the backfield with 54 yards on 3 carries. Jets RB Austin Walter handled the bulk of the run game with 14 carries for 49 yards. New York is not in playoff contention.

The Bills rallied from a 15-14 halftime deficit in Week 17 to pick up an important 29-15 victory over Atlanta Falcons. QB Josh Allen struggled as he completed just 11 of 26 passes for 120 yards and 3 interceptions, but was effective on the ground with 81 yards and 2 touchdowns on 15 carries.

Buffalo can clinch the AFC East with a victory over the Jets, or a loss or tie by the New England Patriots.
