New England is returning to the playoffs after failing to reach them in 2020, the first time it had fallen short in 11 years.
The Bills rattled off four consecutive victories to finish their season after dropping two games in early December.
Buffalo recorded a 27-10 home victory that wrapped up with 2 fourth-quarter touchdowns from RB Devin Singletary (one rushing, one receiving) who finished the game with 88 yards on 19 carries and 2 receptions for 24 yards.
Buffalo held New York to just 53 total yards (48 rushing and 5 net passing yards), held the Jets to just 1-for-14 on third-down conversions and dominated time of possession 37:00 – 23:00.
Buffalo’s victory clinched it the AFC East title for the second consecutive year.
