The Miami Dolphins (1-0) and Baltimore Ravens (1-0) square off at M&T Bank Stadium in Week 2 play. Kickoff is at 1 p.m. ET (CBS). Below, we look at Dolphins vs. Ravens odds from Tipico Sportsbook; check back for all our NFL picks and predictions.
The Dolphins opened the 2022 season the exact same way they opened the 2021 season — by beating the New England Patriots. Miami won 20-7 Sunday with a stifling defensive performance that held the Pats to 193 passing yards and 78 rushing yards while winning the turnover battle 3-0.
Major offseason pickup WR Tyreek Hill led all receivers with 94 yards (8 receptions, 12 targets), while 2nd-year stud WR Jaylen Waddle added 69 yards and a TD (4 receptions, 5 targets). The ground game struggled as RB Chase Edmonds had just 25 yards on 12 carries in his Miami debut.
The Ravens took a 3-0 lead over the New York Jets late in the 1st quarter and never looked back en route to a 24-9 win in one of the more commanding victories of the week.
QB Lamar Jackson and the team announced Friday they were unable to reach an extension and he will play out the final year of his contract. He responded by going 17-for-30 for 213 yards and 3 TD.

Dolphins vs. Ravens head-to-head
Baltimore and Miami have met 17 times with the Ravens holding a 10-7 all-time series lead, including 2-0 in the postseason. The Ravens have won 3 of the last 5 meetings since 2015, but the Dolphins won 22-10 in Week 10 last year.
In last year’s loss, Jackson was 26-for-43 for 238 yards, 1 TD and 1 INT and he was sacked 4 times. The Dolphins split QB duties with Jacoby Brissett (now with the Cleveland Browns) starting the game before giving way to Tua Tagovailoa. Tua wrapped up the game going 8-for-13 for 158 yards.
Baltimore had covered the spread in the 9 previous meetings before losing last year’s meeting as a favorite.
