The Chargers followed up their season-opening win over the Las Vegas Raiders with a 27-24 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday Night Football. QB Justin Herbert threw 3 touchdown passes but had an interception returned 99 yards for a touchdown and, after a 10-point 3rd-quarter lead turned into a 10-point deficit, the Chargers could not complete the comeback. Herbert is currently day-to-day with a rib injury and his status for Week 3 is unknown.
