The Indianapolis Colts (9-7) wrap up the regular season on the road against the Jacksonville Jaguars (2-14) Sunday in Week 18. Kickoff from TIAA Bank Field is set for 1 p.m. ET. Below, we look at the Colts vs. Jaguars odds and lines; check back for our NFL picks and predictions.

The Colts lost at home in Week 17 to the Las Vegas Raiders 23-20 on a field goal as timed expired as they managed only 262 yards of offense. The Colts control their playoff destiny and will punch their ticket to the postseason with a win in their regular-season finale over the Jaguars.

The Jaguars lost their eighth game in a row on Sunday when they were blown out 50-10 by the New England Patriots in Week 17. QB Trevor Lawrence threw 3 interceptions and the defense gave up 4 rushing touchdowns to the Patriots and 3 passing touchdowns to QB Mac Jones.

Colts at Jaguars head-to-head

The Colts won their first matchup this season, a 23-17 home victory in Week 10. The Jaguars defense played well and only allowed 295 yards to the Colts, but Indy scored a touchdown on special teams on a blocked punt returned for a touchdown and RB Jonathan Taylor ran for 116 yards and a touchdown.

The Colts are 26-15 all-time against the Jaguars but have not completed a season sweep since 2014.

The Jaguars are dead last in scoring with14.2 points per game while they allow the second-most points in the league at 27.9 points per game.
