The Indianapolis Colts (1-2-1) visit the Denver Broncos (2-2) for Thursday Night Football in Week 5. Kickoff from Empower Field at Mile High is set for 8:15 p.m. ET (Prime Video). Below, we look at Colts vs. Broncos odds from Tipico Sportsbook; check back for all our NFL picks and predictions.
The Colts fell 24-17 to the Tennessee Titans in Week 4 as they failed to complete a 2nd-half comeback. Indianapolis trailed 24-10 at halftime and was only able to pick up a 3rd-quarter TD, despite bringing 3 consecutive possessions into Titans territory.
Star RB Jonathan Taylor was held to just 42 yards on 20 carries and was forced to leave the game in the 4th quarter with a possible high ankle sprain, putting his status for Thursday in jeopardy.

The Broncos lost 32-23 Sunday to their AFC West rival, the Las Vegas Raiders. Denver briefly held a 7-3 lead late in the 1st quarter, but Vegas regained a permanent lead heading into halftime. The Broncos suffered a couple of major injuries as RB Javonte Williams and LB Randy Gregory were forced out in the 2nd half.
Williams was on crutches after the game and the belief is the lead running back may have suffered a serious knee injury; Gregory was carted off with a knee injury in the 4th quarter. Both players are due for an MRI Monday.

Colts vs. Broncos head-to-head
The Colts and Broncos have split 28 all-time meetings 14-14, including a 3-0 mark for Indy in the postseason. The most recent meeting was a 15-13 Indianapolis home victory in 2019, however, many of the major pieces on both sides of the ball from that game are in different places now.
While Indianapolis holds a 7-3 ATS edge (dating back to 2007), Denver has covered the last 3 meetings. The Over is 6-4 along that span, but the last 2 contests have gone Under.
