The Colts jumped out to a 17-0 lead in the first quarter and held on to topple the Jacksonville Jaguars 23-17 in Week 10. QB Carson Wentz was held to 180 yards and zero touchdowns or interceptions in the victory, while RB Jonathan Taylor punched in a touchdown for the seventh consecutive game and finished with 116 yards on 21 carries.

The Bills bounced back from a surprising Week 9 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars by handling the division-rival New York Jets 45-17 in Week 10. QB Josh Allen was 21-for-28 passing for 366 yards and 2 touchdowns against 1 interception.

Four Bills rushed for touchdowns as running backs Devin Singletary (7 carries, 43 yards, 1 TD), Matt Breida (3 carries, 38 yards, 1 TD), Zack Moss (7 carries, 27 yards, 1 TD) and WR Isaiah McKenzie (2 carries, 17 yards, 1 TD) all found paydirt.

Colts at Bills head-to-head

The Colts and Bills have met 71 times dating back to 1970 when the Indianapolis squad was based out of Baltimore. Buffalo leads the all-time series 38-32-1.
