The Texans have lost eight games in a row after beating the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 1. They’re fresh off a bye and have QB Tyrod Taylor back, but this is still one of the worst teams in football, having scored more than nine points just twice in their last seven games. The Texans are last in points and yards this season and have also allowed the second-most rushing yards in the NFL.
The Titans have emerged as one of the best teams in football, winning each of their last six games – which includes victories against the Buffalo Bills, Kansas City Chiefs, Indianapolis Colts and Los Angeles Rams. Despite being without RB Derrick Henry the last two weeks, they beat the Rams and New Orleans Saints by a combined score of 51-37. They lead the league in rushing attempts and touchdowns, though their defense has allowed the 12th-most yards per game.

Texans at Titans head-to-head
The Titans have won their last three games against the Texans and five of their last seven. They lead the all-time series 21-17 dating back to 2002.
