New York won the most recent meeting 30-6 on Dec. 10, 2023. Texans QB C.J. Stroud went just 10-of-23 for 91 yards with no touchdowns, and he was sacked 4 times before giving way to QB Davis Mills.

The Jets also won the previous meeting in Houston, 21-14 on Nov. 28, 2021. The last time the Texans were victorious in this series was 29-22 in the Meadowlands on Dec. 15, 2018.
