The Georgia Bulldogs (7-1, 5-1 SEC) meet the Ole Miss Rebels (7-2, 3-2) in a top-12 tussle in Oxford Saturday. The opening kickoff at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium will be at 3:30 p.m. ET (ABC). Below, we look at Georgia vs. Ole Miss odds from BetMGM Sportsbook’s college football odds before making our expert college football picks and predictions later in the week.
Georgia struggled early in a 34-20 win Saturday against rival Florida, a team that figures to be limping toward its fourth straight losing season. The Bulldogs, who are No. 2 in the US LBM Coaches Poll, trailed 13-6 at the half and rallied to grab a 20-13 lead in the third quarter, but were engaged in a 20-20 tussle midway through the fourth. They retook the lead behind a 75-yard, 7-play drive capped by QB Carson Beck’s 10-yard TD pass to WR Dominic Lovett with 4:01 to go. They would add a late TD for the final score, but it wasn’t enough to cover as 14.5-point favorites on the neutral field in Jacksonville — the Over (52.5 hit).
Ole Miss won 63-31 at Arkansas Saturday. The Rebels covered as 8-point favorites, jumping out to a 35-10 halftime lead as QB Jaxson Dart threw for 321 yards and 4 TDs. The Rebels QB finished with 515 passing yards and 6 TD passes, both single-game records for Ole Miss. WR Jordan Watkins also set school records with 5 TD receptions and 254 receiving yards.
The Rebels climbed 6 spots to No. 12 in the latest US LBM Coaches Poll (conducted by the American Football Coaches Association and USA TODAY Sports).

The most recent meeting saw Georgia roll to a 52-17 victory last November as an 11-point home favorite and almost hitting the Over (59) by itself. This 2023-24 home-and-home marks the first time since 2011-12 the Bulldogs and Rebels have tangled in back-to-back seasons. Since 1996, UGA is 11-1 in the series — 11-2 if counting Ole Miss’ vacated victory which was at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in 2016.
Otherwise, Ole Miss’ last home win vs. Georgia in Oxford was in 1995.
Excluding that game, Georgia is 5-0 straight up (SU) and 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings with the Under holding a 3-2 edge. Since 1995, the Bulldogs are 5-1 SU and 4-2 ATS in Oxford. The last 4 meetings at Ole Miss cashed Under tickets.
