On Friday, the Atlanta Falcons wrapped up the final practice ahead of their Week 3 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. While the Chiefs are favored, the Falcons proved Monday night that they can get hot when you least expect it.
Sunday’s prime-time matchup at Mercedes-Benz Stadium is a chance for Atlanta to prove to the country it can hang with a championship contender. Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and Chris Jones present a tough challenge, but the Falcons have the advantage when it comes to injuries.
Both teams released their final Week 3 injury reports on Friday and Atlanta is in great shape. Running back Tyler Allgeier was limited on Wednesday but is good to go for Sunday night after logging two full days of practice.
