Alabama got the win over Arkansas on the road to improve to 5-0 on the season and kickoff a daunting October schedule that will have the Crimson Tide face Texas A&M next week and Tennessee on the road to follow.
Though Alabama was dominant in the first half, the Razorbacks came out swinging to open the third quarter. At one point, the Crimson Tide only held a five-point lead.
Thanks to some big-time defensive stops and high runs courtesy of quarterback Jalen Milroe and running back Jahmyr Gibbs, the offense ran away with it.
The biggest storyline from the game is star quarterback Bryce Young’s health. He exited the game before halftime with a shoulder injury and, though he was questionable to return, never made it back out on the field.
