[autotag]Andre Fili[/autotag] has his next fight.
A Team Alpha Male featherweight, Fili (20-7 MMA, 8-6 UFC) will take on [autotag]Charles Jourdain[/autotag] as part of the UFC’s June 13 event. Both fighters confirmed the booking on social media after a recent report from Le Journal de Montreal.
The event does not currently have an official location, though the UFC Apex in Las Vegas is the frontrunner, with events at the UFC’s purpose-built facility pending Nevada State Athletic Commission approval.
Fili, 29, had a two-fight winning streak snapped in January. After back-to-back victories over Myles Jury and Sheymon Moraes, Fili dropped a unanimous decision to Sodiq Yusuff at UFC 246.
Jourdain (10-2 MMA, 1-1 UFC), a former TKO MMA champion, has split his two UFC appearances to date. After losing a decision to Des Green in his short-notice UFC debut in May 2019, Jourdain proved the oddsmakers wrong in his sophomore promotional outing. At UFC on ESPN+ 23, Jourdain finished Doo Ho Choi with punches in Round 2.
With the addition, the UFC’s June 13 lineup includes:
- Cynthia Calvillo vs. Jessica Eye
- Mark De La Rosa vs. Jordan Espinosa
- Karl Roberson vs. Marvin Vettori
- Ryan Benoit vs. Tyson Nam
- Andre Fili vs. Charles Jourdain
