Each year, the Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award, the league’s most prestigious honor, recognizes those players who put forth impressive efforts both on the field and in their communities.
On Tuesday, the NFL announced the 32 nominees, one from each team, for the 2023 Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year, and, for the Dolphins, that player is fullback Alec Ingold.

Ingold has been a stud in aqua and orange this season, helping the Dolphins’ rushing attack to be one of the best in the league. Away from the field, he’s done great work with different organizations, including his Ingold Family Foundation, whose mission is to connect youth with community leaders and “foster the ecosystem of excellence they create together.”
