LSU may have a new star in the making at running back, and his name is [autotag]Caden Durham[/autotag].
The true freshman made his presence known early in LSU’s 42-10 win, taking the first two offensive plays from scrimmage for 71 yards through the air and 86 on the ground. The first scored a touchdown and the second set one up.
Durham ultimately exited the game due to injury and wouldn’t play in the second half, but he made the most of his limited touches. He had 128 yards and a score on seven carries and added 89 yards and another touchdown through the air on three catches.
There was certainly quite a bit of excitement surrounding the LSU fanbase as the run game looked the best it has in a while. Here’s how they reacted on social media.
