Fans, media react to Titans’ expected signing of Daniel Brunskill

Fans and media of the Titans and Niners share their reactions to Tennessee’s expected signing of Daniel Brunskill.

New Tennessee Titans general manager, Ran Carthon, continued his active Tuesday after he reached an agreement with another familiar face from his San Francisco 49ers days.

The Titans and Daniel Brunskill reportedly agreed to a two-year deal that will bring the versatile offensive lineman to Tennessee. The financial terms were not disclosed, though.

Brunskill is coming off a season where he only allowed one quarterback hit and no sacks over 290 pass blocking snaps, mostly as a backup. He was a full-time starter with the Niners in 2020 and 2021, and has played at each position along the offensive line.

This is another underrated move that won’t steal the headlines by any means, but all you have to do is take one peek at the fanbase that’s losing these players to see how impactful they truly were.

As usual, this article includes tweets from Titans fans and media alike. However, I’ve also included several tweets from 49ers fans and media members in order to get an idea of how they feel about losing Brunskill.

Without further ado, let’s take a peek at some of the reactions following the Titans’ latest reported acquisition.
