The New Orleans Saints have had yet another disappointing campaign in 2024 and fans are starting to reach their breaking point. One fan in particular is letting his frustration out in a unique way.
For the past few home games at the Caesars Superdome, seemingly starting up against the Cleveland Browns, a fan dressed as a Reno 911!-style police officer costume began handing out “wanted” posters for general manager Mickey Loomis.
These are posted everywhere outside the Dome today

This is everything that the sign lists as the reasons Loomis is ‘wanted:’
- Hired Dennis Allen
- Let Sean Payton “retire”
- Didn’t fire Dennis Allen last year
- Annual salary cap issues
- Never drafted Drew Brees’ replacement
- Chews gum during press conferences
Most of the listed reasons have been fair criticisms raised over the last few years, the last one seems to be a personal gripe thrown in for some humor. There is also fine print at the bottom reading, “This is parody. I am not a real police officer.”
The Saints have lacked a real vision for the franchise over the past few years and the 34-0 loss to the Green Bay Packers last week felt like a new low. Calls for Loomis to be fired are sure to only get louder until either it happens or they start to string together wins. With only two games left to be completed this year, the latter could be much further down the road.
