The Atlanta Falcons will be without All-Pro wide receiver Julio Jones (hamstring) again in Week 15 when they host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday. After sitting out all three days of practice, the team ruled Jones out on Friday morning, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Falcons’ WR Julio Jones is out this week, the team announced.

Jones has been fighting a severe hamstring injury all year and while he’s been able to play in more games than he’s missed, we may not see the big-play receiver anymore in 2020. Atlanta has been mathematically eliminated from the playoffs and has little to gain by letting Jones suit up again this season.
Playing in just nine games this year, Jones has 51 catches, 771 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Look for Calvin Ridley, the team’s leading receiver this season, along with Russell Gage to step up in Jones’ absence against the Buccaneers.
