Falcons Week 5 injury report: Wednesday updates

Falcons Week 5 injury report: Updates from Wednesday’s practice

The Atlanta Falcons (2-2) will attempt to snap a two-game losing streak when they host the Houston Texans (2-2) this Sunday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Thus far, it appears the Falcons are off to a good start. The entire team was in attendance on Wednesday and no players were listed on the team’s first injury report of Week 5.

This is a good sign as running back Cordarrelle Patterson has been listed on the injury report for the previous four weeks of the season. Defensive lineman Calais Campbell didn’t even get his usual rest day.

The Falcons placed wide receiver Josh Ali on the injured reserve list Wednesday afternoon and signed defensive lineman Eli Ankou to the 53-man roster.
