The Atlanta Falcons are expected to retain another key member of last year’s coaching staff. According to a report from NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo, assistant head coach Jerry Gray has agreed to a contract extension that will keep him in Atlanta.
Gray, 61, joined the Falcons in 2023 after spending three years in Green Bay as the defensive backs coach/defensive pass-game coordinator from 2021-2023.

The Falcons have hired two Los Angeles Rams assistants as their offensive and defensive coordinators. Rams quarterbacks coach Zac Robinson and assistant head coach Jimmy Lake will join Raheem Morris’ staff in Atlanta. The team is also keeping special teams coordinator Marquice Williams in the same role.
Morris’ introductory press conference takes place this Monday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
