Perhaps the most surprising of the Falcons’ Saturday roster cuts was that of UDFA wide receiver Chris Rowland.
The former Tennessee State kick return specialist wasn’t claimed off of waivers and will be one of 16 players added to the practice squad, per Jason Butt of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
