The Atlanta Falcons made a few practice squad moves on Tuesday, signing running back Elijah Dotson while releasing kicker Riley Patterson and linebacker Tyreek Maddox-Williams. Dotson signed with the Los Angeles Chargers as an undrafted free agent in 2023.
He appeared in four games last season, recording four rushing attempts for six yards and two receptions for 13 receiving yards. Dotston spent the second half of the season on the Chargers practice squad before being released in August.
Patterson was signed last week as insurance for Younghoe Koo, who has been battling a hip injury in his right leg. Since Koo played in Week 13, the Falcons no longer needed Patterson.

The Falcons released their depth chart on Tuesday with no major changes. Kirk Cousins is still the starting quarterback despite another poor showing last week against the Chargers.
In Week 14, the team will head to Minnesota to play Cousins’ former team, the Minnesota Vikings. Check out Atlanta’s latest depth chart and come back at 4:00 p.m. for the team’s first injury report of the week.
