The Atlanta Falcons took a huge risk when they selected running back Bijan Robinson with the No. 8 overall pick in the 2023 NFL draft. On Thursday the team announced Robinson had signed his four-year rookie contract.
The contract value is $21.96 million over four seasons and is fully guaranteed. This contract also includes a fifth-year option.
Atlanta has put the hands of the offense in Robinson along with second-year quarterback Desmond Ridder. At Texas, Robinson averaged more than six yards per carry in three seasons. In 2022, Robinson rushed for 1,580 yards and 18 rushing touchdowns.
