Falcons owner Arthur Blank pledges more for COVID-19 relief efforts

Blank has partnered with Mercedes-Benz Stadium to create a $1 million relief fund for game-day workers

Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank has already committed to pledging $5.4 million in COVID-19 relief, but according to ESPN’s Field Yates, Blank has partnered with Mercedes-Benz Stadium to create an additional $1 million relief fund for game-day workers:

Defensive tackle Grady Jarrett was in the news on Monday for donating meals to first responders in Atlanta, while quarterback Matt Ryan has donated to relief efforts as well.

While fans anxiously await the unveiling of the Falcons’ new uniforms, it’s clear the franchise is focused on what’s most important during this unprecedented outbreak.
