The Atlanta Falcons kicked off practice for their final game of the 2021 season on Wednesday, but tight end Kyle Pitts did not participate as he recovers from a hamstring injury.

In Week 17, Pitts went over the 1,000-yard mark, the most by a rookie tight end since Mike Ditka in 1961. If Pitts plays in Week 18, he has a chance to pass Ditka’s record of 1,076 receiving yards.

Falcons running back Qadree Ollison also missed Wednesday’s practice with a quadricep injury. Rookie receiver Frank Darby was limited with a shoulder injury, while cornerback Fabian Moreau was a full participant.
