The Atlanta Falcons had their chances but ultimately fell short in Sunday’s 17-13 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. On a day in which the Falcons defense recorded a season-high five sacks, the offense gave the game away.
Quarterback Kirk Cousins played his worst game of the year, throwing four interceptions, including a pick-six, that proved costly. After the game, head coach Raheem Morris was asked about Cousins’ performance.
“We have no issues with that man,” Morris told reporters. “I don’t think that’s going to be an issue around here.”
