Falcons HC Arthur Smith on injuries: ‘Everybody should be out there’

Head coach Arthur Smith on the Falcons’ injuries: “Everybody should be out there”

Over the last few weeks, the Atlanta Falcons have been playing without some key players on both sides of the ball. Right tackle Kaleb McGary and defensive lineman David Onyemata both missed Sunday’s win over the Indianapolis Colts.

However, it sounds like the team could get both players back in time for Sunday’s game against the Chicago Bears. “Everybody should be out there,” head coach Arthur Smith told team reporters on Wednesday.

According to Smith, defensive lineman Calais Campbell and running back Cordarrelle Patterson are off for a rest day but everyone else is participating in some capacity.

The Falcons will release their first injury report of Week 17 later this afternoon.
