Gregg Rosenthal at NFL.com has Carolina winning 23-14.

USA Today: Panthers

It’s another sweep at USA Today, where everyone is predicting a Panthers win.

If you’ve seen Washington play this year, you know they’re a hot mess. Until Dwayne Haskins develops more, it’s going to be tough for them to compete with anybody, especially on the road. Panthers 31, Redskins 17.
