The Eagles have added another former Falcons receiver, signing Julio Jones to their practice squad on Tuesday. Jones will join Olamide Zaccheaus in Philadelphia, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported.
Seven-time Pro-Bowl WR Julio Jones is signing a one-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles, per sources. Jones will be reunited with his former Titans’ teammate, AJ Brown, who pushed for Tennessee to trade for him from Atlanta.

Jones last played for the Falcons in 2020 before being traded to the Tennessee Titans during the 2021 offseason. After one year in Tennessee, Jones signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2022.
The Falcons traded up to the No. 6 overall pick to draft Jones back in 2011. The former Alabama star appeared in 135 games during his 10 seasons in Atlanta. Jones finished his Falcons career with 848 catches for 12,896 receiving yards and 60 touchdowns.
The Eagles have plenty of weapons but were looking to add some depth after placing WR Quez Watkins on the injured reserve list.
