The Atlanta Falcons found their replacement for Arthur Smith, naming Raheem Morris the 19th head coach in franchise history on Thursday evening. Don’t rule out a return to the NFL for Smith this season, though.
Smith made a name for himself as an offensive coordinator for the Tennessee Titans and he could soon return to that same role with another AFC team.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Smith interviewed with the Pittsburgh Steelers for their offensive coordinator vacancy on Sunday afternoon.

Smith went 21-30 during his three seasons as the head coach of the Falcons. The team made some definite strides overall but the lack of offensive production and poor play at the quarterback position kept the team from taking that next step in 2023.
