Bray and Robinson rented the vehicle in Los Angeles. Bray was the driver when they were stopped at an El Paso checkpoint. It was there that a drug-sniffing dog alerted the patrol.
Bray entered the league in 2015 as an undrafted free agent with the Colts. He spent three seasons in Indy, being mostly used as a return specialist. Bray took 45 punt returns for 314 yards and 48 kick returns for 1,231 yards.
Bray and Robinson were teammates at Auburn. He spent the last two seasons in the CFL.
