The No. 5 seed Florida Gators men’s basketball team won its first game of the Southeastern Conference Tournament with a 69-63 victory over the No. 12 seed Vanderbilt Commodores in Round 2 on Thursday. Now on Friday, they face the No. 4 seed Tennessee Volunteers in the Quarterfinals starting at 2 p.m. EST.

The two schools split their regular-season series, with the Gators taking the first game while the Vols snatched their second meeting, which was rescheduled to the end of the regular season due to COVID. Now, they face a rubber match in the tournament to see who gets to advance.

Tipoff is scheduled for 2 p.m. EST in Bridgestone Arena, Nashville, Tennessee for the third round of the SEC Tournament and will be broadcast on the ESPN, livestreamed on the ESPN app and can be heard on the Gators Sports Network.
