The last time Kyrie Irving played in an NBA game for the Brooklyn Nets was January 5, a 130-96 win over the Utah Jazz in which the star guard had a terrific statline: he totaled 29 points on 12-of-19 from the floor, 5-of-7 from distance, five assists, six rebounds and three steals.
Since then, he’s been absent for the last three games the Nets have played … and there’s a lot of uncertainty as to when he’s returning to the team. It’s been addressed by head coach Steve Nash, but the details beyond his absence are few and far between.
