A lot of folks aren’t too happy that it takes a payment to NBC’s Peacock streaming service to watch U.S. men’s basketball at the Tokyo Olympics.
That apparently includes someone who signed a $228 million contract with the Milwaukee Bucks last summer: NBA champion Giannis Antetokounmpo.
The Greek Freak took to Twitter to find out when Team USA was playing Iran in men’s hoops on Tuesday night, and when a reporter revealed it was going to cost him some money, Antetokounmpo ended up saying “never mind.”
This is a pretty funny thing to hear from an NBA superstar, but it kind of sums it up, doesn’t it?
What time is the USA team playing tonight and which channel?🙏🏽
