Spain had the toughest time of the four remaining teams in getting through the quarterfinals. It beat Switzerland 3-1 on penalty kicks after a 1-1 draw. Italy doubled up wounded Belgium 2-1, Denmark beat the Czech Republic by the same score and England routed Ukraine 4-0.
Both semifinal matches, as well as the final, will be played at Wembley Stadium in London, England.
