The Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has announced the results of the most recent Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll.
Emory received all but three first-place votes to remain atop the Division III rankings, while Carnegie Mellon holds steady at No. 2 with one vote. Methodist received two first-place votes and comes in at No. 3, while George Fox, located in Newberg, Oregon, moves up one spot to No. 4. University of Redlands and Williams College finish in a tie for fifth-place.
Emory won its first-ever University Athletic Association championship at the Conservatory Course at the Hammock Beach Resort in Palm Coast, Florida, on March 13.
This is the fourth and final poll of the 2022 spring season.
Emory is among four UAA teams that advanced to the NCAA Division III women’s championships, which will be May 10-13 at Bay Oaks Country Club in Houston.
