Early crystal ball prediction favors Penn State for Philadelphia CB target

Crystal ball projection favors Penn State for this four-star CB from Philadelphia in Class of 2024.

Penn State has taken some strides in recruiting the Philadelphia area a bit more seriously in recent years, and the Nittany Lions are quickly becoming an early favorite in the recruiting process for a four-star cornerback from the City of Brotherly Love.

[autotag]Kenneth Woseley[/autotag] is a four-star cornerback in the Class of 2024 according to his 247Sports composite recruiting ranking. The Imhotep Institute defensive back recently made an unofficial visit to Penn State’s campus and has made a couple of visits to the campus previously by attending a football camp and making an unofficial visit in 2021. With no shortage of high-quality options to consider, the first crystal ball prediction has been cast on his recruiting profile on 247Sports, and it is in Penn State’s favor.

The first official prediction on the board comes from Tyler Calvaruso, a staff writer for Lions247. Calvaruso cast his crystal ball prediction of Penn State for Woseley last week with a medium confidence. Time will tell if others feel the same way, but it’s enough to now label Penn State as the leader in the clubhouse.

Though not an exact science, the On3 recruiting prediction machine also has Penn State as a big favorite in the recruiting process. On3’s recruiting metric calculates Penn State with an 89.9% chance of securing Woseley’s commitment at this early stage in the recruiting process.

Penn State has plenty of stiff competition. Other teams in Woseley’s top 12, which was updated last summer, include Georgia, Oregon, Michigan, Rutgers, Michigan State, Wisconsin, Texas A&M, and more.
