The Philadelphia Eagles will likely be without Alshon Jeffery for an indefinite amount of time with what Doug Pederson described as a “significant” foot injury.

Pederson said that Jeffery will need to get more test results back to have an idea of how long he’s out.
Jeffery was carted off to the locker room after suffering what the team called a foot injury, that occurred on a non-contact play.
