Manuel formally coached in Seattle when the Legion of Boom was wrecking shop around the league and played for Eagles defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz in Detroit.
Manuel Replaces Cory Undlin, who is now the Lions defensive coordinator, and he’ll be tasked with improving an Eagles secondary that has come under fire over the past two seasons.
