The Eagles are bringing back a familiar face, signing wide receiver John Ross to the practice squad ahead of the Week 3 matchup against the Buccaneers in Tampa Bay.
Ross was one of the final roster cuts to end training camp but returns to a team battling multiple injuries.

The Eagles are thin at wide receiver with Britain Covey going on injured reserve with a broken bone in his shoulder.
A.J. Brown has missed the past two games with a hamstring injury, while DeVonta Smith could be out with a concussion.
