The Philadelphia Eagles received some good news on Tuesday when head coach Doug Pederson revealed that Lane Johnson suffered a high ankle sprain against the Giants.
Johnson will be week to week, as he looks to return to the lineup.
Pederson on injuries: Lane Johnson (ankle) week to week, Alshon Jeffery injury is more significant, but he added he needs to get one more test result back to have an idea how long he's out.

Johnson, the NFL’s highest-paid tackle, looked to have suffered a knee injury when Carson Wentz rolled up his leg while being sacked.
Johnson was carted off and would eventually be ruled out.
