The Eagles could be without All-Pro right tackle Lane Johnson for Sunday night’s showdown against the Miami Dolphins at Lincoln Financial Field.
Ian Rapoport reports that Johnson’s ankle injury doesn’t hold a long-term prognosis but that he could be out for Week 7.
#Eagles Pro Bowl OT Lane Johnson is believed to have suffered a lateral ankle sprain on Sunday, sources say after the MRI. While his status is in doubt, no one would rule him out (ever). But not believed to be a long-term injury, either way.

With Johnson out of the lineup on Sunday, Jack Driscoll allowed two sacks and eight pressures as the Eagles were dismantled up front, and that uncomfortable pocket played a significant part in Jalen Hurts tossing three interceptions on the afternoon.
The hope is Johnson will be able to return relatively quickly, and with teams expected to blitz quarterback Jalen Hurts even more, head coach Nick Sirianni could choose to switch things up at the tackle position.
