Eagles QB Jalen Hurts being evaluated for concussion in game vs. Commanders

Philadelphia has a 14-0 lead on Washington, and head coach Nick Sirianni could proceed without quarterback Jalen Hurts.

The Eagles star signal-caller is being evaluated for a concussion after taking an ugly hit on a quarterback draw.

Hurts was 1-4 passing for 11 yards and had three carries for 41 yards before exiting for the blue medical tent.

In his first real game action this season, backup quarterback and former Steelers first-round pick Kenny Pickett was 3-3 passing for 20 yards and a touchdown to A.J. Brown.
