DeSean Jackson is back in the lineup and anyone questioning why he got the start for the Eagles can use this play for reference.
Jackson and Jalen Hurts’ just hooked up for an 81-yard scoring play, with the Eagles quarterback finding the veteran wide receiver while rolling out to his right.
With that touchdown catch, Jackson moved past Mike Quick for third on the Eagles’ all-time list in receiving yards. Only Harold Carmichael and Pete Retzlaff have more.
Hurts and Jackson have a clear connection that was developed during passing sessions in the Tampa heat, where DeSean resides during the offseason.
