Carson Wentz cares about winning and as the struggling Eagles prepared for a huge matchup with the Green Bay Packers, the franchise quarterback held himself accountable for their 3-7-1 record.
During his Friday zoom meeting, head coach Doug Pederson told the media that Wentz took “ownership’ of his struggles in front of the team, a gesture that could go a long way towards turning this season around.

Pederson’s comments echo what Brandon Graham said on Thursday in regards to Wentz taking ownership and working his butt off to help the Eagles get things turned around.
Wentz has been sacked a league-leading 46 times and he’s coming off a performance against Seattle in which he went 22-for-41 with 157 yards (3.8 yards per attempt), one touchdown, one interception, and a 60.7 passer rating before a late hail-mary pushed his stats over 200 yards.
