Miles Sanders is preparing for an MVP season and if the Eagles 2019 second-round pick can come anywhere near his recent proclamation, he could finish the 2020 NFL season as a fantasy football MVP as well.
Pro Football Focus recently broke down the fantasy football stock for all 32 NFL backfields and although Boston Scott has some potential, it’s Sanders who’s projecting as a top-8 back.
Prediction: The Eagles add an early-down complement in August… and Sanders still posts season-long top-eight RB production as the lead back of a very good offense.
Sanders got off to a slow start while splitting time with Jordan Howard last season, but during the Eagles late-season run, the former Penn State star carried the Eagles.
In all, Sanders racked up 1,327 total yards from scrimmage with six total touchdowns, doing a ton of his damage in the passing game. If Sanders can take the next step as a rusher while staying steady as a pass-catcher, the Sky is truly the limits.
