Kevin Byard arrived home in Philadelphia, and he’ll look to hit the ground running when the Eagles travel to D.C. to face the Commanders at FedEx Field.
The recently acquired safety has practiced for three days, but during his Friday media session, head coach Nick Sirianni was noncommittal on how many snaps Byard will play.
Sirianni on Byard: " We feel really good where he is. I won't give away any information of how much he's going to play or anything like that. I just think that's not — I don't want to tell the Commanders anything, right? But we feel like he's had a great week of practice."

Through seven games played this season, Byard has logged 35 tackles on 389 snaps played, and we’ll team with Reed Blankenship to give the Eagles two defensive starters from Middle Tennessee State.
